MadProps.AppArgs is on Nuget!

Spurred on by the feedback on the original announcement post, I've created and published a Nuget package for MadProps.AppArgs.

I've followed the lead of people like Daniel Cazzulino and Rob Conery, and made the package a "loose file" install. Instead of adding a reference to an assembly, the package will create a "MadProps" folder and add AppArgs.cs to it. It'll also add a reference to System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations if you don't already have one.
